Follwoing the recent news that we voted to put forward the Bagshot 20mph limit last month, I've been avidly following progress as to when any works might start.
Yesterday, I received word from our engineers that works are likely to start Feb 2011. Why the delay you might ask? Well, its all down to regulations regards the Traffic Regulation Order, advertising the works and a change of contractor.
If however there are objections we may need to go back to Committee in
February to discuss objections, although I deem it unlikely.
More progress as it happens.
