Sunday, 15th March 2009We had the great pleasure of welcoming Laura Sandys to speak at an evening event in Windlesham on Saturday night.
Laura is a very experienced campaigner. She describes herself as having been born into politics.
Her father became an MP back in 1935 and was previously married to Winston Churchill's daughter before marrying Laura's mother in the 1960s.
Laura spoke knowledgably about the breakdown in society, the problems of welfare dependancy, energy security and other issues. She was a big hit with her audience!
